How This Works
Most companies begin with a 2-4 hour on-site session, followed by supporting book studies and access to Blue-Collar Leadership® Academy, so the training does not stop when we leave. Choose a package that fits your needs, budget, and aligns with how fast and how far you want to go.
1) A 30-minute Intro Call
We learn about your team, your challenges, and your goals.
2) Live, On-site Session
Most companies begin with 2 – 4 hours of training for the initial session.
3) Learn. Grow. Apply.
The live session is just the beginning. The Blue-Collar Leadership® books and Academy videos keep it from fading by next Friday. Behavior changes day to day, not in a day.
4) Improve Results.

How long is this program?
10 Values of High Impact Leaders is available as a keynote (~1 or 2 hours), breakout session, half-day or full-day workshop, and multi-session series. Most companies begin with a 2-4 hour session (Recommended).

Is this training virtual or in-person?
This is a live, on-site training program. We offer other development programs through our Blue-Collar Leadership® Academy online video courses.

Yes, the 5 Levels of High Impact Delegation are covered in this program as well as why and how to transfer responsibility from the leader to the followers.
