Your subscription entitles you to instant access to the online leadership development training course based on Change Happens.  The course consists of 31 short (~15 minute) video lessons for about 8 hours of training total. The course also includes a downloadable participant’s workbook with accompanying blanks to be filled in as the participant goes through the video training.

This is a monthly subscription that is set up for auto-renewal, but please note the subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Once you subscribe, do not close your browser. Two things will happen:

1. You will receive an email notifying your that your account has been created. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you do not see this email immediately. This email allows you to set a password for your new account, which you will need to access your course in the future. (Existing subscribers have already completed this step and will skip this step)
2. You will be able to access your course through the “My Courses” tab on the menu.
