You’ll get immediate access to the video course you subscribed to. Most courses are about 31 videos, each approximately 15 minutes each for ~7.5 hours of video content. You’ll also get access to download the .pdf workbook so you can print it and complete the workbook as you watch the videos. We suggest keeping this workbook as a reference and a resource to refer back to. Once you finish watching all the videos in the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please print this off and keep it for your records. Add this to your resumé, or make sure your employer has a copy because this demonstrates your commitment to leadership growth and development.

You can subscribe to as many courses as you want but remember each subscription is a separate charge each month. We recommend subscribing to one course and staying subscribed as long as you need to access that course and complete it. Once you’ve finished that course, you can cancel that subscription and subscribe to a different course. You can find all our individual courses HERE. Just make sure you are logged in, and you’ll be able to subscribe to the additional course.

Everyone is at a different place in their leadership journey so there is no one “right” course to start with. However, here are some general suggestions:
