Your subscription entitles you to instant access to the online leadership development training course based on The 5 Types of Leaders.  The course consists of 9 short (~15 minute) video lessons for about 2 hours of training total. The course also includes a downloadable participant’s workbook with accompanying blanks to be filled in as the participant goes through the video training.
