How long is this program?
Leadership Gems for Women is available as a keynote (~1 or 2 hours), breakout session, half-day or full-day workshop, and multi-session series. Most companies begin with a 2-4 hour session (Recommended).
Should men attend?
Not recommended. The purpose is to create a safe environment to discuss how the principles being taught relate to the challenges women face in the workplace.
Is this training virtual or in-person?
This is most effective as a live, on-site training session. Ria is open to a virtual live streamed training also.
