Your subscription entitles you to instant access to the online leadership development training course based on Blue-Collar Leadership®: Leading from the Front Lines.  The course consists of 31 short (~15 minute) video lessons for about 8 hours of training total. The course also includes a downloadable participant’s workbook with accompanying blanks to be filled in as you go through the video training.

This is a monthly subscription that is set up for auto-renewal, but please note the subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Once you subscribe, do not close your browser. Two things will happen:

1. You will receive an email notifying you that your account has been created. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you do not see this email immediately. This email allows you to set a password for your new account, which you will need to access your course in the future. Please keep your login information and your password. You can always use these to log in and access your course as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription is canceled, you can still log in to renew your subscription through your account. 
2. You will automatically be logged in to your account as long as you do not close your browser. You will now see a “My Courses” tab on the menu and are able to access your course with that tab. Note that your workbook is under the “Materials” tab. Download and print or save the workbook so you can fill in the blanks as you watch the videos.
